Independent Medical Consultants (IMC) offers excellent moonlighting / job opportunities to physicians at all stages of their careers. Resident moonlighting, fellow moonlighting, physician moonlighting, and medical assistant moonlighting / job opportunities are available. Physicians must have an unlimited medical license within the state where they perform the disability and medical examinations. Physicians are expected to perform high quality disability and medical examinations and provide professional disability and medical reports in a timely manner. At IMC, physicians enjoy competitive moonlighting income / money / salary and flexible hours without follow-up, call, treatment, or prescribing. Social security disability examinations are straight-forward and low in liability. Residents can substantially increase their income by only working 1-2 shifts per month. Clinics are predominantly held on weekends, however, weekday clinics are also available. IMC medical assistants coordinate the activities of the clinic, attend to the reception desk, assist physicians, and perform ancillary testing. Work hours are flexible and pay is very competitive.
